Darby Community Clubhouse Cleaning and Damage Deposit Refund Requirements

In order to receive your rental cleaning and damage deposit back, you must complete this "Check-Out List" prior to leaving the facility following your event.  The "Check-Out List" must be returned prior to the refund of your deposit.  If all instructions on the list are followed, your deposit will be refunded.

DCCH Check-Out List

         1.     Keys are available at Electric Beach, 101 N. Main, Darby, 406-821-4151. Electric Beach's hours are 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday - Friday. After hours you can call 406-821-3060. We suggest that you schedule a walk through with our booking agents.  You can communicate your special needs, lighting, electrical, kitchen, cooling, etc. at that time.  It would be helpful if you have this check-out list when you do your walk through.

         2.     FREE PARKING is available on the south and east sides of the Clubhouse and to the south of the old fire station.

         3.     All garbage cans emptied (rinsed out if needed), new bags inserted, and put back.  Garbage goes in dumpster at Southeast corner of building.  If over flowing, Bitterroot Disposal fines DCCH and you will lose your deposit.

         12.  Replaced toilet paper and paper towels on rolls when used up.  I understand where supplies are kept and where janitor's closet is located.

HELPFUL HINTS, SUGGESTIONS

SAFETY FIRST - DO NOT STAND ON TABLES OR CHAIRS.

Bring your own ladders.

Watch the time!  Give yourself plenty of time to decorate as well as clean up.  Don't be in a hurry to get it done; it could cost you your deposit.

You must clean our facility and complete this check-out list the day of your event.  You may not keep the key overnight, or clean the next day.

Your cleaning deposit will be returned after our cleaning inspector has inspected the facility.  If the inspector feels you have passed the inspection, your deposit will be returned.

You may not decorate a day or night in advance unless you pay additional rent or make prior arrangements with DCCH.

If DCCH is out of something, please leave a note on the janitor's closet door.

DCCH is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles of any kind left inside or outside including cars.

PROPER STORAGE OF TABLES & CHAIRS

Please read the signs on the walls for storage of tables.  You can leave 8 tables of equal size up on the south end of the Ballroom. Chairs are to be stored as found in the Meeting Room and Ballroom, on the racks. CHAIR RACKS AND TABLES SHOULD BE MOVED CAREFULLY IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE FLOOR FINISH.
