Rental Information

Rental Rates and Deposits
Entire Facility (Ballroom, Meeting Room, Kitchen) $200.00
Ballroom Only $150.00
Meeting Room Only $35.00
Meeting Room with Kitchen $50.00
Additional Charges
100 People or more at your Event $75.00
Alcohol Provided at your Event $60.00
Required Deposit
Cleaning and Damage Deposit (refundable) $50.00

Please Note: Prices may vary. A penalty of 50% of the rental rate is assessed for cancellations which occur less than five (5) days before the date of your event.

To reserve and rent the facility, please do the following:

  1. Review the Rental Rules
  2. Check Rental Availability - You will receive an email reply from us with the availability status for your requested date(s)
  3. Reply to our email with your Booking Request - As long as the availability still stands, we will reply with a Booking Confirmation email and we will send you the Rental Agreement and Check-Out List by regular mail


  4. Within ten (10) calendar days of receiving your Booking Confirmation email you must:
  5. Return a signed Rental Agreement by regular mail
  6. Submit payment for full Rental Amount including any Additional Charges and the Cleaning and Damage Deposit by regular mail

A booking request for the Darby Community Clubhouse must be received at least one (1) week in advance for the Meeting Room and one (1) month in advance for the Ballroom or the entire facility. Please note: The Darby Community Clubhouse Board reserves the right to refuse rental to any person, organization, or function at their sole discretion.
