Rental Rates and Deposits

Terms: Prices may vary. A booking request for the Darby Community Clubhouse must be received at least one (1) week in advance for the Meeting Room and one (1) month in advance for the Ballroom or the entire facility. A penalty of 50% of the rental rate is assessed for cancellations which occur less than five (5) days before the date of the event. The Darby Community Clubhouse Board reserves the right to refuse rental to any person, organization, or function at their sole discretion.

Reservation and Rental Procedure

2. Fill out the Availability form - You will receive an email reply from us with the availability status for your requested date(s).
3. Reply to our email with your booking request - As long as the availability still stands, we will reply with a booking confirmation email and we will send you the Rental Agreement and Check-Out List.
4. Complete the Rental Agreement and Check Out List - You must complete and return the Rental Agreement within ten (10) calendar days of receiving your booking confirmation.
5. Submit Payment - Your payment amount must be for the full rental amount including any additional charges and the cleaning and damage deposit.
